How Can I Help You Today?
As a registered Nutritional Therapist (mNTOI) and Health and Wellness lifestyle coach I guide clients to restore inner calm & to regain balance in their lives through healthy eating and prioritising what is most important to them. My passion is to give ‘new vitality’ to every individual, raising self-esteem. Everyone can reach their chosen goal through coaching, accountability and easy to follow guidelines using wholesome, healthy, unprocessed foods.
If you have an imbalance in any of the systems of your body, I can offer a therapeutic approach which is scientifically based, to address that imbalance using Nutritional Therapy. I specialise in Obesity health concerns, Digestive issues and Pre or Type 2 Diabetes. Many people take the first step to contact me when they are over weight or alternatively, when they suspect they have a Food Intolerance or IBS or Acid Reflux. Many clients contact me because they are simply overwhelmed with confusing ‘nutritional’ information in the media daily- they just want to know what is the right way to stay healthy?
